Order Processing

At HeyDude, we prioritize careful handling and timely processing of your orders. Once your payment is confirmed, we usually process most orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that during major holidays or special promotional sales, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times and Delivery

After your order leaves our facility, transit typically takes between 7 and 12 business days. Overall, from order placement to delivery, you can expect up to 14 days.

Estimated delivery times may vary due to factors such as your final destination, customs processing, carrier operations, or unforeseen delays caused by weather, transit disruptions, or national holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order details and are displayed automatically at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor its progress. Please allow a short grace period for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid shipment.

Returns and Refunds

HeyDude accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your package. Please ensure items are returned in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
