Uploading or spreading viruses, ransomware, or malicious software;
Copying, reselling, or exploiting any proprietary content from our site without prior written permission;
Engaging in fraud, deception, or unauthorized activities related to your user account or orders.

Product Availability and Information

HeyDude strives to provide accurate information on product descriptions, pricing, and stock. However, errors may occur. Your order is considered an offer to purchase that we accept only once stock and pricing are confirmed.

Ordering Process

Your order submission is an offer that HeyDude must accept; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, payment issues, or fraud prevention.
Orders usually require 1-3 business days to process before shipment.
Delivery typically takes between 7-12 business days after processing.
Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact HeyDude customer support at akaqanoah@gmail.com for authorization.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds will be credited back only to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Requests to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, order processing may have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the HeyDude website—including text, graphics, trademarks, code, and design—belongs exclusively to HeyDude or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
